What methods of training will be used?
We only use positive and reward based methodology. Our approach is to be kind and effective in equal measurements, and to treat every dog as an individual.

When should I start training my puppy?
We suggest starting asap. Or better yet, before the puppy even arrives! We offer pre puppy sessions to help you prepare for your puppies arrival.

What does WhatsApp support entail?
A key part of the holistic support we offer our clients! This feature ensures we can help you in real time, offering advice as and when you need it, not just during our sessions together. Feeling overwhelmed with questions about your puppy and their behaviour? We are here to navigate them with you.

How many sessions do you recommend?
This depends on what you are looking to teach and how much support you need. We have clients who reach their goals after 3 sessions, whilst others enjoy the process of training so much that they want to continue on an ongoing basis. As a general guideline, 4 sessions will usually cover most ‘classic’ puppy basics. Do get in touch if you are unsure of which package would suit you best.

Do I need to provide treats for the session?
Nope! We bring treats and toys.

We cover Richmond and most surrounding areas. Please get in touch to find out if we cover your area.

Do you offer group classes?
We don’t offer group classes. If this is your preference please feel free to get in touch as we may be able to recommend a trainer who does. We are always happy to help anyone on their puppy training journey, even if it isn’t with us!

Doesn’t my puppy need to go to a group class to ensure they interact with other puppies?
Socialisation is a very important aspect of puppyhood. However, this can be done in a myriad of ways. We offer clear and simple advice to ensure that our clients feel confident in how to approach socialisation, in a safe manner.
